In this week's episode, we talk with Dr. Joel Matthys about his class MUS232- Art of the Machine: Creative Computing from Algorithm to A.I. This interdisciplinary course combines artificial intelligence, coding, and visual and performance art to help students understand how computers think. The course explores how algorithms and coding can be used to create beautiful works of art, from Islamic tiles to naturally formed objects.
